Out Back Kitchen is the only fully commercial, permitted mobile catering company on Hatteras Island.

We provide our own mobile commercial kitchen in a commercial catering van so that we prepare, present, clean and leave without any stress, mess or chaos.

We would love to cater your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner and custom design your wedding cake.

Out Back Kitchen also offers professional catering services for families visiting Hatteras Island on vacation, along with businesses and other special occasions.

Out Back Kitchen also creates custom designed wedding cakes right here on the island. We would be proud to show you our signature "Hatteras Seaside Cake" decorated in handmade sugar seashells which can be made in any flavor.
