We specialize and custom catering, delicious cakes, and knock your socks off cafe food and drink on Hatteras Island in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We’d can help with your catering needs or if you’d like something tasty today come by for a visit our Bakery in Avon where we serve breakfast or lunch (and an island favorite, our really tasty Italian coffee).
Out Back Kitchen is the only fully commercial, permitted mobile catering company on Hatteras Island and the only full service bakery.
Food is freshly prepared in our bakery and in our mobile commercial kitchen in a commercial catering van. OBK can prepare, present, clean and leave without any stress, mess or chaos.
