As Hatteras Island’s only fully certified mobile catering service we offer full service catering at your location of choice. Our menus are custom created to meet every client’s individual preferences and needs. Our chefs can help carry your wedding theme throughout the meal.

We offer full service catering with chef, server(s) and bartender or our special “Reception Basket” which can help save on catering costs. When you book a “Reception Basket” your catering order and serving equipment is delivered to your site and you take care of the rest.

We can accommodate special diets and some allergies.

Here on the website you can view some sample menus that showcase some of the possibilities for your wedding or event. These are merely sample listings. We’ll work with you to create a fun, flavorful menu to fit your budget, your tastes, and your event style.

Vegetarian and special diet dishes are available. You may also ask for specialty themes such as Italian, Japanese, Thai, etc.
